Deuba’s archrival camp convenes meeting to pick names for cabinet

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the archrival camp led by Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel is taking Place in Kathmandu to pick the names of the people to represent party President Sher Bahadur Deuba led government on Tuesday.

According to sources, the meeting will be held at leader Poudel’s residence in Bohoratar on Wednesday at 2 pm.

“The meeting taking place at Bohoratar this afternoon will pick the names of the leaders to represent the disgruntled NC faction led by leader Poudel,” the source said.

Although there are two more post vacant in NC quota, the names of five people have been proposed in the discussion.

Discussions will be held on the names of Sujata Koirala, Minendra Rijal, Dilendra Prasad Badu, Rajan KC and Tula Narayan Chaudhary.
