Land Revenue Office issues 21-day-notice against 49 people on Lalita Niwas land grab case



KATHMANDU: The Land Reform and Land Revenue Office, Kathmandu, has issued a 21-day notice against 49 individuals involved in the Baluwatar-based Lalita Niwas land grab case.

As notice has been issued after the location and address of the individuals could not be even after the order of the Land Reform Office dated April 2, 2021.

The Land Revenue Office has asked the landowners to submit their reasons within 21 days.

If the concerned individuals do not respond within 21 days, the land will be transferred in the government’s name.
