America’s COVID-19 cases cross 33.3 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 33,320,157 in the United States of America after 45,042 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 6,707,981 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 26,019,046 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 593,130 with 725 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 3,254,809 and infected 155,811,342 globally until the filing of this news.
