Province 2 Governor Jha donates blood for 32 times



KATHMANDU: Governor of Province 2 Dr. Rajesh Jha Ahiraj donated blood for the 32nd time on Monday.

According to Dr. Jha’s secretariat, the Governor went to the Nepal Red Cross Society Central Blood Transfusion Service, Kalimati on Monday and donated blood.

“Youth participation in blood donation should be increased. I am proud to be a regular blood donor,” said Chief Jha after the blood donation, adding, “I appeal all prospective donors to be a regular donor so that no patient dies due to blood scarcity.”

On the occasion, Umesh Prasad Dhakal, the Executive Director of Nepal Red Cross Society, offered Governor Jha details about the blood transfusion service run by the Red Cross.
