First meeting of reinstated HoR to be held Sunday



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has summoned the session of the reinstated the House of Representatives (HoR) on Sunday.

President Bhandari summoned the House session at 4 pm on March 7 as per the recommendation of the government.

“The Office of the President has already received the recommendation letter of the government regarding the summoning of the house session and President Bhandari has summoned the session at 4 pm on March 7 as per the recommendation of the government,” said Bheshraj Adhikari, the personal aide of the President.

The Supreme Court on February 23 reinstated the dissolved HoR, directing the government to summon the house session by March 8.
