‘No more the corrupt govt, now it’s time for His Majesty’s Govt’



KATHMANDU: The royalists have taken out in favor of the monarchy in Birendranagar, Surkhet saying it’s time for His Majesty’s government, not a corrupt government.

Protesting under the organization Bir Gorkhali, the royalists came to the streets in Surkhet with the placards and slogans ‘Come and rescue the nation, King’ Evacuate Narayanhiti for the King is coming,’ ‘Down with the corrupt government,’ etc.

The procession started from Mangalgadhi Chowk in Birendranagar and went around the main market area.

The royalists had staged a massive demonstration in Surkhet earlier as well and in all their programs they have been demanding the restoration of the monarchy.
