One arrested with narcotics in Sarlahi

SARLAHI: Sarlahi Police has arrested Agarwa of Kawilasi Municipality-8, Sarlahi along with 1200 tablets of Nitravet-10 on Friday evening.

According to Inspector Deepak Chorwar, the spokesperson of  District Police Office (DPO), Sarlahi, Nanda Kishore Rai, 30, of Kawilashi-10 Salempur, was arrested with 80 strips of Nitravet-10.

The alleged smuggler was heading towards Nawalpur carrying the contraband concealed in a white plastic bag from Malangwa on a motorbike.

Acting on a tip-off about the drug, the police arrested him.

Spokesperson Chorwar added that further investigation into into the case is underway after taking arrested into custody, said DPO, Sarlahi.
