DANG: Two people have died and another one sustained injuries in a road accident in Dang district on Saturday morning.
The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old Bibek Thapa and Dinesh Khadka, 26, of Dangisharan rural municipality, said District Police Office (DPO), Dang.
The injured is 24-year-old Akash Kandel.
According to Area Police Office, Tulsipur, the accident took place when a tractor, Ra 1 Ta 3441, heading to west from Tulsipur hit a motorcycle, Ra 1 Ta 3441, coming from the opposite direction.
Critically injured Thapa and Khadka died in the course of treatment at Kohalpur Medical College.
Police said they are investigating the case after taking the tractor and its driver under control.
