Kathmandu Valley records 184 fresh COVID-19 cases

KATHMANDU: As many as 184 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 159 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 24 in Bhaktapur, and 50 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 409 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 263,193 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 5,133 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 495 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 256,161 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, six persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1,899.
