RPP Gen Convention: Lingden taking lead so far



KATHMANDU: Counting of votes for the ongoing General Convention of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is ongoing with party leader Rajendra Lingden taking a lead.

Presidential candidate Lingden has been taking his lead in the vote-counting, a party source said.

As of now, out of the 1,050 votes counted so far, Linden is leading with 516 votes against presidential candidate Kamal Thapa.

According to the General Convention Election Committee, 103 votes have been invalid so far.
