NC General Convention: Votes of Province 1 convention to be counted today



MORANG: Counting of votes of the Province 1 convention of the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress (NC) that was held on Saturday will take place today.

Voting for the first state convention of the 14th General Convention of the NC ended on Saturday.

Out of a total of 1,804 voters, 1,752 votes were cast, according to Bharat Thapa, an official of the election committee.

All the ballot boxes were taken to the party office in Biratnagar on Saturday itself.

Gurr Raj Ghimire from Dr. Shekhar Koirala’s panel and Uddhav Thapa from Krishna Prasad Sitaula’s camp are in the competition.
