KATHMANDU: The newly formed CPN-Unified Socialist has convened a meeting of its standing committee (SC) on Thursday, October 7.
Unified Socialist leader Jagannath Khatiwada informed that the Thursday meeting will work on the division of labor of the central committee leaders.
After a long intra-party conflict in the CPN-UML, former Prime Minister and Senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal founded Unified Socialist on August 18, and got it registered at the Election Commission on August 25.
The party meeting is about to be held on the fourth day after Chairman Nepal returned home from the hospital.
