HoR meeting taking place today

PM Deuba to present Dalit Commission’s report



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place in the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor today.

The house meeting has been called for 1 pm today.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will present the annual report of National Dalit Commission, 2076/77 in the meeting.

Main opposition CPN-UML has been disrupting the parliament meetings.

The irate UML has been accusing Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota of not unveiling the names of 14 lawmakers penalized by the party.
