Bagmati Province Assembly meeting obstructed



KATHMANDU: Monday’s first meeting of Bagmati Province Assembly (PA) has been obstructed by the main opposition Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre).

Maoist Centre leader Shalikram Jammarkattel warned of obstructing the meeting reasoning that the budget for the fiscal year, 2021/22 is not in favor of the people and the country.

He sought talks with Chief Minister of the province Dormani Poudel in resolving the matter.
