Over 29.6 million recover from COVID-19 in India

NEW DELHI: Southern neighbor India’s COVID-19 cases has reached 30,584,872 with 40,387 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Similarly, India recorded 796 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 402,758,  according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Currently, 489,128 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 29,692,986 have returned home after treatment.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 3,993,035 and infected 184,546,376 globally until the filing of this news.
