Budget session of Karnali province to begin on June 7



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Karnali Province Assembly (PA) has been called for June 7.

Province Chief Govinda Prasad Kalauni in line with Article 183 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal called the PA session.

Earlier, an all-party meeting urged Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi to call the house session for pre-budget discussions.

Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Gopal Sharma shared that the province government is preparing to present a budget of Rs 33 billion for the fiscal year 2021/22.
