NC Parliamentary Party undecided on ‘no-confidence motion’

KATHMANDU: Today’s Parliamentary Party (PP) meeting of main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) remained undecided on the issue of no-confidence motion against Prime Minister KP Oli.

According to the party, the meeting discussed intensely on the issue of no-confidence motion against the PM but could not reach to a logical conclusion.

“The meeting welcomed the reinstatement of the House of Representatives, and drew the attention of the government to make the coronavirus vaccine easily available,” said one of the lawmakers adding, “Although it discussed on the no-confidence motion issue, it could not reach to any conclusion.”

In the meeting, NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba opined that they should take steps cautiously as the ruling Nepal Communist Party is not formally divided yet.
