Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,035 with two new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as two COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,035 as of Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 105 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 271,707 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 2,108 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 272 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 267,564 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
