KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted rain and snowfall in various parts of the country due to westerly low pressure weather system.
According to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD this morning, rainfall will occur in many parts of Sudurpaschim, Karnali Pradesh, Gandaki Pradesh, Lumbini Pradesh and light to moderate rainfall in some parts of Pradesh 1 and Bagmati Pradesh until the next three days.
Similarly, light to moderate snowfall is forecast in the high hilly and mountainous region of the country. This weather pattern will continue until Saturday, according to the Division.
