Eight more succumb to coronavirus, Nepal’s death toll reaches 1,893



KATHMANDU: As many as eight COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,893 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the country recorded a total of 522 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,62,784 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 5,225 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 578 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,55,666 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
