Five-party alliance will be stronger in upcoming elections: Chair Nepal



KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said that the five-party alliance would become stronger in upcoming elections.

Addressing a program organized by CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhyapur Municipal Organisation Committee at Balkumari of Madhyapur Thimi today, Chair Nepal opined that no one can split the five-party alliance.

He further said that the election of the federal parliament would be held on the determined date, adding there would not be an early election for the House of Representatives.

“Election of local level will be held in coming April as well as the election of National Assembly will be held within some time. By-election to the vacant posts to federal parliament will also be held,” shared Chair Nepal.

Calling cadres of the CPN (UML) to join the CPN (Unified Socialist), he said that doors of his party are always opened for them whenever they come.

Similarly, politburo member of the party, Dr Rajendra Man Shrestha, Bhaktapur District In- charge of the party, Dhurba Raj Bista, District Committee Chairperson of CPN (Unified Socialist), Shyam Sundar Basnet, among others also put their views on the occasion.

Chair Nepal as well as other guests of the program garlanded the statue of National luminary, Shankhardhar Sakhwa.
