11 gamblers arrested with Rs 1.5 million in cash



KASKI: Police have arrested 11 gamblers from Machhapuchhre village in Kaski district along with Rs 1.5 million in cash.

According to the District Police Office, Kaski, they were arrested with over Rs. 1.5 million cash.

Among the arrested are Kamal Bhandari, 28, of Sanokanla, Harinash-3, Syangja; Saroj Shrestha, 23, of Pokhara-17 Damside; Deepesh Gurung, 28, of Syangja Putlibazar-2; and Damodar Poudel, 34, of Bhumikasthan Municipality-2, Arghakhanchi.

Likewise, Binay Gurung, 26, of Chhorepatan, Pokhara-17, and Karna KC, 32, of Chhorepatan, Pokhara-17 are also arrested.

Similarly, Raju Karki, Pokhara-26; Swagat Ranabhat, 33, of Arghaun Archle and Man Bahadur Khadka, 39, of Baglung Municipality-8 are also arrested by the police.
