70% air tickets booked for Dashain festival

Airlines companies preparing to add more flights

KATHMANDU: With the Dashain festival just around the corner, air tickets of airlines companies have been booked for Dashain festival.

According to airlines companies, over 70 percent of air tickets have been booked for Dashain festival. All the seats are likely to be booked in the next few days, said the company.

As the demand continues, the companies are also preparing to add flights during Dhashain festival.

Buddha Air and Yeti Airlines are preparing to add some more flights since almost all the tickets have been sold out already.

“Seventy percent of tickets have been booked for Dashain already,” said Dipendra Karna, the information officer of Buddha Air. The remaining tickets will be sold out in the next few days.”

Similarly, most of the tickets of Yeti Airlines have been booked. Almost 60 percent of tickets have been booked already, said the company.

Shree Airlines is making preparations to add flights targeting Dashain. Likewise, Guna Airlines has started operating flight services in view of rising demand of customers.
