NC Spokesperson Sharma takes two weeks’ leave due to COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma has taken a leave of two weeks after being diagnosed with COVID-19.

Taking to Twitter, Sharma has said, “I have taken a two weeks’ leave from my responsibilities as the party spokesperson due to my health problem.”

Expressing sorry for failing to discharge his duties, Sharma has said he will resume his duties with vigor and enthusiasm at the earliest.

Sharma had undergone PRC test after he suffered from fever and body pain.

Meanwhile, he has urged one and all to adopt health precautions to stay safe from the pandemic.
