PM Oli faction calls PP meet, invites Prachanda-Nepal through SMS



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Prime Minister KP Oli has called a meeting of the Parliamentary Party (PP) on Saturday.

Chief Whip Bishal Bhattarai informed that as many as 173 lawmakers, including Prachanda- Nepal faction were also informed to attend the meeting to be held at Singha Durbar on Saturday at 3 pm.

Bhattarai said that SMS was sent to all the PP members.

“SMS has also been sent to Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” and Madhav Nepal as well,” Bhattarai said.

The government has called a meeting of the House of Representatives on March 7.

Chief Whip Bhattarai informed that Saturday’s meeting has been convened to discuss the agenda of the House meeting.
