America’s COVID-19 cases cross 29.4 mln

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 29,452,146 in the United States of America after 63,539 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 8,911,922 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 20,008,760 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 531,464 with 2,142 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,570,353 and infected 115,741,505 globally until the filing of this news.
