Oli-led govt pushing country on verge of conflict: BSP

KATHMANDU: Bibeksheel Sajha Party (BSP) has lashed out at the Oli-led government for allegedly pushing the country to the verge of conflict by making appointments in the constitutional bodies against the constitution.

Issuing a press statement on Thursday morning, BSP has taken strong exception to the appointments in the constitutional bodies at a time when a writ petition filed against the appointment at the Supreme Court is still sub judice.

The Oli-led government is bent on creating anarchy in the country by making an unconstitutional move one after the other, said the BSP in the statement.

Meanwhile, it has urged the agitating Prachanda-Nepal faction not to inflict further woes on the people in general by calling such bandhs and strikes.
