At a program organized at Manakamana Raatna Ambika Secondary School based in Khandbari municipality-9, Tumlingtar on Tuesday, Minster Sharma claimed that the power generated from the Arun River would also help reduce the trade deficit of Nepal.

On the occasion, he shared that the Nepal government is constructing the Upper Arun, Kimathanka on its investment so as to strengthen Nepal’s national economy. “The government is making investments in different projects, including Arun hydropower”.

He made the commitment to spur government investment in Sankhuwasabha as a potential area for resource generation to decrease the trade deficit.
