Province govt committed to provide quality health services to all citizens: CM Poudel



HETAUDA: Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Dormani Poudel, has said that the Bagmati province government would facilitate quality health treatment service to all citizens of its province.

The government has been carrying out works with high priority to provide health equipment and doctors required for the hospital shared Chief Minister Poudel.

Laying the foundation stone of the new building of Hetauda Hospital located at Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-1 today, he added that a target has been set to add 500-bed gradually for the upgrading the hospital.

The building is going to be constructed at the investment of Rs 232.7 million of the Physical Infrastructure Development Ministry of the Province. A target has been set to hand over the five-story 200-bed building to the hospital within the next two years, said Ministry Secretary, Sanjeev Baral.

On the occasion, Minister for Social Development, Saraswoti Basnet, shared that an oxygen plant has been installed, PCR machines and ventilators have been provided to all 13 District Hospitals of Bagmati Province with the objective of providing quality health services.

Similarly, Physical Infrastructure Development Minister, Rameshwor Phunyal, said that the government has the policy to implement the demands of local-level—construction of RCC bridges, road construction, drinking water facility.
