KATHMANDU: The deadline for subscribing initial public offerings (IPO) issued by Tehrathum Power Company is expiring today.
Tehrathum Hydropower Company had issued initial public offerings (IPO) on July 20.
Of the total 1,200,000 IPOs allocated for the general public, the company had issued 400,000 units of IPO for the project-hit locals.
The locals will have to apply for the IPO by August 3.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already given permission to the company to issue the IPO.
NIBL Ace Capital Ltd is the issue manager.
The hydropower company based near the district headquarters Myanglung has been generating electricity since March 1, said Mohan Dangi, the Managing Director of the company.
