NEPSE decreases by 12.35 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has registered a double-digit loss of 12.35 points on Monday.

With today’s decline, the index has reached 2,652.75 points.

A total of Rs 7.52 billion worth of shares of 216 companies have been bought and sold today (Monday).

The banking group has lost 9.78 points, trade 15.08 points, hotels and tourism 12.42 points, development banks 33.68 points, hydropower32.09 points, finance 9.09 points, non-life insurance 80.96 points, manufacturing 64.08 points, others by 32.72 points and life insurance by 90.95 points.

Only the microfinance and investment groups gained today. Microfinance group gained 69.03 points and investment 0.49 points.

Api Power Company (API) registered the highest turnover with the notice about approval of its rights share application to Securities Board SEBON.
