Lalita Niwas land grab: Bhatbhateni owner Gurung released on bail



KATHMANDU: Min Bahadur Gurung, the owner of Bhatbhateni Superstore, involved in the case of embezzlement of government and public land at Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar has been released on bail.

The Special Court in Kathmandu sought bail of Rs 20 million from Gurung, said court Spokesperson Pushparaj Pandey.

A bench of justices Prem Raj Karki and Abdul Aziz Mullaman ordered Gurung to be released on bail.
