Nepal sees 315 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours



KATHMANDU: The country recorded a total of 315 new cases of coronavirus while 201 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

Of the confirmed cases, 298 were detected through the RT-PCR method and 17 from the antigen method.

Likewise, there are 99 cases in Kathmandu, 4 in Bhaktapur and 14 in Lalitpur, taking the total cases in the Valley to 156 in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, six infected patients died of COVID-19 related death in the past 24 hours taking the toll to 11535The COVID-19 death toll in the country is 11,535 till date.
