DOLAKHA: Police have arrested a 49-year-old man in possession of a home-made gun in Jiri municipality-3, Kapsa.
Acting on a tip-off, a police squad deployed from Area Police Office, Jiri arrested Ram Bahadur Basnet, 49, from Kapsa on Wednesday night.
Basnet was arrested with the gun in an inebriated condition, according police. Police said they are investigating the case.
