UML’s Nepal faction for making responsible statements

UML Chairman Oli and senior leader Nepal to meet soon



KATHMANDU: The Standing Committee (SC) members of the Madhav Kumar Nepal faction of the UML have draw attention of leaders to make responsible statements.

A SC meeting of the faction was held in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, Monday.

The meeting concluded by stressing the need to express remarks responsibly as unity efforts were still on. The meeting urged leaders to refrain from making controversial statements that are likely to hamper unity talks.

After the meeting, UML leader Raghuji Pant said that they drew attention to word selection and tone while giving a public statement. He added leaders engaged in discussions for unity briefed about the status of discussions so far.

Leader Pant also said that a meeting between UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and senior leader Madhav Nepal would be held soon.
