UAE provides health assistance, including 150 ventilators, to Nepal

KATHMANDU: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has provided health assistance to Nepal to fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

The medical supplies were brought to Kathmandu Airport by a special plane on Wednesday morning.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the materials provided by the UAE include 150 ventilators, 150 trolleys, 318,600 masks, 9,000 coveralls, 15,000 gowns and 20,000 goggles.

The materials were handed over to a representative of the Ministry of Health.
