PM Oli challenges Prachanda-Nepal faction to prove their guts by ousting him



BIRTAMOD: Prime Minister KP Oli has reiterated his commitment to returning to power with a two-thirds majority even if he is ousted from the government.

He challenged the Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party to prove their guts by ousting him.

“I have been telling you that nobody can stop me from coming back with a two-thirds majority from the next election,” PM Oli said after inaugurating the Purbanchal Cancer Hospital in Birtamod, Jhapa on Tuesday.

He urged the people of the Jhapa district to support him in his development endeavors stating that he was in favor of a government “comfortable” to the Nepali people, not others.

“We want to work for the Nepali people maintaining a cordial relationship with others,” he sniffed sarcasm on Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”, who had earlier claimed that he was in favor of forming a government that would be “comfortable” for India.
