Govt forms talks team to hold dialogue with Biplav outfit

KATHMANDU:  The government has decided to hold talks with outlawed Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology said it has formed a two-member talks team led by Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa.

Prime Minister KP Oli’s Foreign Affairs Advisor Dr Rajan Bhattarai is a member in the committee.
