KATHMANDU: The Prachanda-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) on Saturday announced the second phase of protest programs against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
The Central Struggle Committee Against Regression at a press conference announced the protest plan from January 4 to February 7.
According to the protest plan, protests and rallies will be held in all wards across the country on the 30th of the Nepali month of Poush.
But, interestingly the month has only 29 days.
