BANKE: An octogenarian woman has died from coronavirus in Banke district.

The elderly succumbed to the virus while undergoing treatment at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj at 3:20 am today, District COVID-19 Crisis Management Center, Banke said.

Originally from Khajura-7, the patient had been admitted to the hospital after testing positive for coronavirus on December 15.
