Nepal records 6,085 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 6,085 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 5,285 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 800 have been tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, 68 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 6,898 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
