Special airbus coming to take Bahraini prince today



KATHMANDU: A special airbus is arriving in Kathmandu to pick Bahraini prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Al Khalifa on Tuesday.

The airbus is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu to take Sheikh Mohammed bin Al Khalifa and his team at 5:30 pm today.

Bahraini Prince Al Khalifa alongside with his team had arried in Kathmandu on March 15. Prince Al Khalifa who scaled the world’s highest peak, Mt Everest on May 11 (2021) is returning home today.

This is the first mountaineering team to climb Mt Everest  after its height increased.

The current height of Mt Everest is 8,848.86 meters.
