Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,031 with one new fatality

KATHMANDU: As many as one COVID-19 patient succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,031 as of Thursday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 152 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,77,461 in the country as of Thursday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 1,579 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 65 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,72,851 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
