KATHMANDU: Six Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) of the Armed Police Force (APF) have been recommended for promotion to Deputy Inspector Generals of Police (DIGs).
A meeting of the Promotion Recommendation Committee chaired by Home Secretary Maheshwar Neupane on Thursday recommended them for promotion.
SSPs Kamal Giri, Ganesh Bahadur Thadamagar, Abhikumar Khatri, Shambhu Subedi, Durga Prasad Bhattarai and Kul Bahadur Nembang have been recommended for promotion.
