India’s COVID-19 cases cross 10.2 million

NEW DELHI: India recorded 21,957 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 10,267,283.

Currently, 258,747 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 9,859,762 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 148,700-mark.

With 299 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 148,774, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
