2 traffic police test COVID-19 positive in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: Two traffic police working at the Metropolitan Traffic Division Kathmandu have tested coronavirus positive.

According to SSP Bhim Prasad Dhakal, two traffic police working at the Metro Traffic Division have tested positive and the internal management of them has already been initiated.

He informed that the Division has arranged to send to them to the Armed Police Force Hospital.

Earlier, 53 police including those of Kathmandu and Police Head Quarter were found coronavirus positive by Thursday.

Coronavirus cases in the valley and among the security forces have alarmed the public about the possibilities of community level transmission soon.
