Four more return home after COVID-19 recovery in Butwal

BUTWAL: Four more coronavirus patients have returned home from the Butwal-based Corona Special Hospital on Sunday.

According to Dr. Sudarshan Thapa, Senior Consultant and focal person of the hospital, 3 persons from Kapilvastu and 1 from Rupandehi have returned home after recovery from the hospital.

They were admitted to the hospital on May 11 and May 12. Those four are of 15-40 years. Fifteen people have returned home after recovery from this hospital till date.

Earlier on May 23, ten youths of Kapilvastu were discharged after successful treatment.

Prior to that, a 25-year old man of Kotahimai had returned home after treatment on May 12.

According to senior consultant Dr. Thapa, there are 31 people undergoing treatment in the general ward of the hospital and one more is undergoing treatment at the ICU.

With this, 52 people have recovered from the widespreading COVID-19 in Province 5.
