Coronavirus cases in Karnali Province hit 123

SURKHET: Cases of coronavirus in Karnali Province has reached 123 as of Sunday afternoon.

A total of 33 samples tested at the Karnali Institute of Health Sciences in Jumla came positive till Saturday evening. In the morning, an additional 18 cases were confirmed.

Similarly, 25 from Salyan and one person from Surkhet tested positive for coronavirus at a lab in Surkhet, said Nawaraj Kandel, Chief of Public Health Branch, Ministry of Social Development, Karnali.

Earlier, 30 people from Surkhet, 14 from Dailekh, one from Bajura and a mute woman had tested positive for coronavirus.
