PM Oli expresses concerns over Nepalis in Israel



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli on Thursday held a telephone conversation with President of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, to express concern regarding the safety and treatment of Nepalis in Israel.

PM Oli telephoned President Rivlin in connection with establishing contacts with the heads of government or representatives and inquiring about the condition of Nepalis abroad at a time when coronavirus has spread globally.

In a telephonic conversion with the President of Israel, PM Oli expressed concern about the condition of Nepalis living there.

President Rivlin assured PM Oli not to worry about Nepalis living in the country, PM Oli said in a Twitter post.

We also discussed marking 60 years of the bilateral relationship between Nepal and Israel, PM Oli added.
