Three injured in Kathmandu cooking gas explosion



KATHMANDU: Three persons sustained injures in a fire caused following an explosion of cooking gas cylinders at Kathmandu Metropolis-31, Deurali.

Police said that three persons including Kabiraj Adhikari, 46, of Udayapur were injured in the explosion at a gas store of local Sanjay Karki on Wednesday night.

The injured are receiving treatment at Civil Hospital, police said, adding that a scooter, Ba 71 Pa 741, was reduced to ashes in the fire.
